EXPERIENCE
Ms. Shalaby is an accomplished and experienced litigator, in both the civil and criminal courts, in New York, New Jersey and Federally. She has extensive experience representing individuals, businesses, insurance companies, and governmental bodies. She has litigated both sides of civil lawsuits and both sides of criminal cases as she is a former prosecutor. Her expanded experience is unique in that she can give you a legal perspective from all sides of civil lawsuits and criminal charges. Having represented clients on both sides of civil and criminal cases has proven to be exceptionally beneficial in procuring the best results for her clients. Ms. Shalaby has been successful in every aspect of the law including winning trials, obtaining favorable settlements, winning appeals, dismissing criminal charges, and negotiating complex civil and criminal matters.
Ms. Shalaby attended Rutgers University where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Following she attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, and New York Law School, where she obtained a Juris Doctorate Degree in Law. She is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
